Who is responsible for your information

Kit.com

Kit, Inc. provides newsletter subscription and email-delivery services. If you subscribe, Kit may process your email address, name if supplied, subscription status and preferences, sign-up details such as time and IP address, and engagement with emails. This processing is based on your consent and is used to manage the mailing list, send requested emails and record subscription choices. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email. Kit is based in the United States; transfers are protected using approved contractual safeguards. WooCommerce

WooCommerce, an Automattic service, provides the website’s shopping and order-management functions. When you place an order, it processes information needed to complete and administer the purchase, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, items ordered, order value, payment-method details and order history. Full payment-card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by this website. Bookvault

Bookvault, operated by Copytech (UK) Ltd, prints and fulfils book orders. The information required for fulfilment—including your name, delivery address, contact details, items ordered and relevant order or shipping information—is shared with Bookvault so it can print, dispatch, deliver and support your order. This processing is necessary to perform the purchase contract. Bookvault may share delivery details with postal and courier services involved in fulfilment. See Bookvault’s Privacy Policy.

These providers may use their own subprocessors and may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, international transfers are protected by an adequacy regulation or approved contractual safeguards. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or another party where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Service providers are permitted to process personal information only for the relevant service and subject to appropriate contractual and security obligations.

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards will be used as required by data-protection law, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual protections.

How long information is kept
